A design initiative by Sun City Developers to revitalize their main promenade connecting their different entertainment nodes. Multiple levels of connectivity, re-use of the defunct light rail infrastructure, focus on pedestrian separation and a complete replacement of the plant palette were investigated. Signage and lighting were also elements of the design.
