Terrace garden and entertainment hub for offices of SAIF Partners. The space which includes 7000 Sq Ft of roof space, with its assorted structural constraints of column pediments, beams and limited drainage points posed a serious challenge in terms of levels, water flows  and structural restrictions. However the final design, which includes three garden rooms, service area – with a store and food/bar counter embraces the constraints of the site. Wooden decks flow into turfed areas tied together by a central gravel base with stone set in a whimsical diamond pattern.
