Landscape Development Plan – Anchor Centre

The project consisted of the renovation of a 1980’s era two building office complex with a heavily paved connecting outdoor space. Located over a basement level, landscape elements proposed typically followed the characteristics of an extensive green roof system with provisions for trees, softscape and redesigned and reduced hardscape. The campus also included plans for a high end, high rise luxury apartment complex. Landscaping for the apartments, including access, porte cochere, semi-private to public spaces and roof landscape were part of the project. Project completed while at EDAW, Phoenix.
