Completed over 20 years ago, the residence and its grounds have become a cherished place for its owners and much appreciated by the many friends and acquaintances that often gather here.  An entry cascade of steps leading up to the level of the house and ties in with low retaining walls that organically integrate with the slopes of the hillside on which the residence is located. The mature trees and weathered paths meandering through the property links the other components of the design such as the tennis court, orchard, swimming pool and gazebo, all of which carry the worn look of time melding them into the landscape as one inseparable entity.
